Café Negro
Ingredients
6 cucharadas cucharadas de café molido
2 tazas de agua
60 g de papelón en pedacitos (para el café aguarapado)
Instructions
Para preparar el café negro, se pone el café molido en un colador de tela para café. Luego se cuela otra vez. También se puede preparar el café negro, llevando el agua a un hervor, se apaga el fuego, se le agrega el café a la olla, se revuelve y se cuela.
