Ingredients
125 g de azúcar
1 litro de leche
1 corteza de limón
4 cucharaditas de café soluble
Instructions
Cocer la leche con la corteza de limón. Retirar del fuego. Desleír el azúcar en la leche caliente. Repartir en copas y helar. En el momento de servir, verter en cada copa en café en polvo por encima del helado.
