Rosa Negra
Ingredients
3/4 de taza de café preparado fuerte
3/4 de taza de azúcar
2 claras de huevo
3 cucharadas de esencia de vainilla
1 1/2 taza de crema para batir
Instructions
Mezclar el azúcar y el café, y calentar hasta que hierva. Cocina a fuego fuerte hasta que el almíbar alcance una consistencia suave. Mientras tanto, batir las claras a punto de nieve. Luego verter, mediante un chorro, el almíbar sobre la mezcla de claras batidas, revolviendo constantemente. Batir hasta que quede firme. Agregar la vainilla y la crema batida. Congelar. Rinde 1 1/2 de litro.
