Café Mexicano
Ingredients
1 L de agua fría
8 clavos de olor enteros
2 astillas de canela
1/4 de taza de azúcar morena
1/3 de taza de espresso
1/8 de cucharadita de extracto de almendra
Instructions
En una carelora combinar el agua, los clavos, la canela y el azúcar. Calentar hasta hervir a fuego medio. Hervir durante 15 minutos, mezclar con el espresso y hervir 5 minutos más. Colar la mezcla a través de un lienzo fino.
