Frappeed Café Royal
Ingredients
1 litro de leche
4 yemas de huevo
1 taza de café tinto
1 1/2 tazas de azúcar
Instructions
Bata bien las yemas y añádales la sal y el azúcar. Caliente la leche y únala al huevo y al azúcar. Cocínese en baño de María hasta que esté un poco espeso. Retírese del fuego. Cuando esté frío, se cuela y se le añade el café. Se cuaja en una heladera usando siete partes de hielo y una de sal.
