Café Veneciano
Ingredients
4 cucharadas de café molido
4 yemas de huevo
4 cucharadas de azúcar
4 cucharaditas de grappa
Instructions
Prepara un café espresso. Batir las yemas y el azúcar. Añadir el licor y el café. Revolver y poner al baño de María, hasta obtener una crema fina y espumosa. Repartir bien caliente en 4 tazas.
