Mint Julep
Ingredients
3 cubos de hielo
1/2 onza de Jerez fino La INA
1 golpe de Amargo de angostura
1 cucharada de azúcar granulada
4 hojas de hierbabuena o de menta
1 golpe de agua mineral
y 1 onza de Whisky
una rama de hierbabuena escarchada con azúcar.
Instructions
Se machaca la menta o la hierbabuena conjuntamente con el azúcar dentro del vaso. Se agregan los hielos. e agregan los demás ingredientes y se mezclan.
